Tented Weddings / Full Planning
Planning a tented or private-property wedding means building a venue from the ground up, and that requires expert orchestration. From infrastructure and power planning to design development and weekend-long execution, we serve as your strategic partner, creative director, and steady presence from start to finish.

My wedding was this month and I remember watching Sorrell on my wedding day and thinking to myself, “how does she do it all? How does she stay so calm and confident when things go wrong? Wedding planning teaches you a lot about your relationship with control - how do you take the wheel for one of the most important events of your life? I am naturally a Type A personality and, at worst, can lean into micromanaging. But when my husband and I hired Sorrell, I quickly learned I could take my hands off and cruise. We begin with a deep creative discovery conversation. Then we oversee the management of all visuals, while collaborating closely with your vendor team.
For a couple hosting guests at a luxury venue, the overall investment can be approximately $1,500 per person. A seamless transportation service is provided, ensuring comfort and ease for everyone.
