Fiorella and Grant were married in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, with their celebration centered at the Adair Country Inn. Tucked into the hills of Bethlehem, the inn offers sweeping mountain views, classic New England charm, and a peaceful setting that feels both welcoming and refined.
Adding an especially meaningful layer to the weekend, Fiorella’s family had recently purchased the inn. Because of that, the wedding felt deeply personal from the moment guests arrived. The Adair Country Inn served as a true gathering place, where family, friends, and celebration came together naturally.
The wedding weekend unfolded at a relaxed pace. First, guests gathered in downtown Franconia for a traditional Catholic ceremony at the local church. The ceremony felt timeless and reverent, grounding the day in tradition before the festivities continued back at the inn.
After the ceremony, guests returned to the Adair Country Inn for cocktail hour. There, they enjoyed drinks, conversation, dancing, and views of the surrounding White Mountains.
Later, guests moved into the tent for the reception. Lakes Region Tent and Event installed the tent along with a full floor, creating a comfortable and elegant space for dinner and dancing.
Fiorella envisioned the interior of the tent as a European-style outdoor dinner. As a result, the design felt clean, classic, and intentional. Peak Event Services provided linens, napkins, dinnerware, flatware, and glassware, all of which layered together beautifully.
Florals by Mountain Roots Floral Farm added a natural softness to the space. Their arrangements complemented the setting without overpowering it, allowing the mountain landscape to remain part of the experience.
For dinner, Mezzanine Catering served a thoughtfully prepared meal that felt both elevated and approachable. Throughout the evening, DeeLuxe Bartending kept the bar running smoothly, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the celebration.
Music for the reception came from Fiorella’s cousins, which brought an especially joyful and personal energy to the dance floor. Because of that connection, the night felt warm, spirited, and full of life. Later in the evening, Annie’s Vintage Brew arrived with a coffee cart, giving guests a boost to keep dancing well into the night.
Hair and makeup took place on site at the inn with True Vermont Beauty, allowing Fiorella and her people to stay relaxed and present throughout the day. Events By Sorrell provided planning and coordination, ensuring that each transition felt smooth and unhurried.
Transportation for guests was handled by Butler School Bus, which made travel between locations easy and stress-free. Meanwhile, Kate Preftakes captured the day with an eye for both emotion and setting. Cake and desserts by Graceful Baking provided a sweet and elegant ending to the meal.
In the end, Fiorella and Grant’s wedding felt timeless, calm, and beautifully considered. The setting, the design, and the flow of the day all worked together effortlessly. Above all, the celebration reflected who they are: thoughtful, welcoming, and deeply connected to family and place.
It was a joy to bring this White Mountains wedding to life at the Adair Country Inn.
