Caroline and Brian met in high school where they knew each other but not well. Then, in college, they both ended up transferring to UNH. After a while of seeing each other around campus, Brian finally struck up a conversation. They started hanging out more often until they finally went on a date on Valentine’s Day in 2013. They came to me in the middle of planning their summer wedding at Brewster Academy. They needed help tying together loose ends, especially getting their guests to and from the reception safely.

Perfectly Planned Wedding Day Details

Since the wedding was taking place in a small lake town, Caroline and Brian had a lot of concerns about transporting everyone. There were not many large hotels around, so we ended up spreading the two hundred guests around many small inns. We also organized several small shuttle buses to get everyone to and from since lake properties typically cannot accommodate 55-passenger buses. So, there were a lot of logistics to consider, but we made sure everyone got around safely!
