Stephanie and Anthony had a gorgeous fall wedding at Horse and Hound in Franconia, New Hampshire. The two met when both were working in the Boston area, and they complement one another so well! Together, they enjoy traveling, trying out new breweries and vineyards, cooking, and playing with Steph’s french bulldog Moby (who of course made an appearance at the wedding).

Warm Autumn Wedding at Horse and Hound

Their ceremony took place outdoors in mid-October when the natural beauty of autumn in New England was at its peak. The leaves were just beginning to turn orange and red, and they dusted the ground around the couple as they said their vows. 

Stephanie carried a bridal bouquet that featured plenty of texture and warm tones which matched the scenery perfectly. The blooms she chose included peach dahlias, a combination of yellow, white, and blush garden roses, Queen Anne’s lace, Italian cuscus, and small yellow dahlias. Her florist, Clementina Floral Co., also tucked fresh red and gold leaves into the bunch which created a soft coppery effect.

For their reception, Stephanie and Anthony chose to tent the lawn at Horse and Hound, so that their guests could enjoy the celebration underneath cafe lights. To make their tent feel more at home within the surrounding nature, we hung banners of greenery along with large floral arrangements. In addition, we placed lounge seating in the tent where guests could mingle. We always love to do this when creating a reception space. Lounges provide additional seating, while also acting as an elevated design detail!
