SaraAnn and Rusty’s wedding day was the perfect blend of whimsy, family tradition, and personal touches. Set against the stunning backdrop of Toad Hill Farm in Franconia, New Hampshire, the celebration was filled with charm from beginning to end.

A Beautiful Church Ceremony, Scenic Getting Ready, & Airplane Ride Entrance

The day began at Toad Hill Farm in Franconia, NH, where SaraAnn and her bridal party got ready while soaking in breathtaking views of the White Mountains. This beloved property is more than just a venue—it’s cared for by owners who go above and beyond to make every wedding on their farm unforgettable.

From there, the couple traveled to Saint Patrick Church in Twin Mountain, NH, a charming stone Catholic church with timeless character, for their heartfelt ceremony. After exchanging vows, Rusty—who is a pilot—whisked his new bride away for a short airplane ride over Toad Hill Farm. Guests were delighted as the couple made a once-in-a-lifetime entrance back to their celebration, soaring in to kick off the festivities.

Adorable Wedding Party & Whimsical Design

The wedding party included 17 attendants under the age of 10, creating one of the sweetest wedding processions we’ve ever seen. Our team managed every detail—vendor coordination, full event production, and tent draping—while bringing the couple’s vision to life.

The wedding design featured natural textures, lush greenery, playful apples, and pinwheel details, giving the day a whimsical, lighthearted atmosphere. Layered textures, thoughtful styling, and a whimsical aesthetic tied together beautifully under the draped tents.

Wedding Vendors Who Made It Shine

This wedding came to life thanks to an incredible team of New England wedding vendors. Cloud 9 Catering served a farm-to-table inspired meal that impressed guests with both flavor and presentation. Autumn Nomad delighted everyone with signature cocktails, custom-crafted drinks, and a stunning wedding cake. For dessert, SaraAnn and Rusty treated guests to Sundae School Ice Cream from their hometown of Chatham, Massachusetts, served from a whimsical cart complete with a playful umbrella.

Lakes Region Tent and Event provided the tent and flooring, while tabletop items were styled from a curated mix of Lakes Region Tent and Event, Peak Event Services, Reverie Social, and BBJ La Tavola linens. The floral design by Emily Herzig of EH Floral brought lush, textured arrangements that perfectly complemented the whimsical aesthetic.

The evening’s entertainment was provided by Legit Band, a true family favorite who had also performed at all of SaraAnn’s siblings’ weddings. Celeste Simpson of Impress Me Designs created the stationery suite, while Grace Limousine provided guest shuttles and New England Golf Cars supplied golf carts for smooth travel across the property.

The memories were beautifully captured by Austin Trentholm Photography and City Point Films, who documented every detail of the celebration.

Personal Touches & Special Moments

SaraAnn and Rusty filled their wedding with personal details that made the day unforgettable. Each guest received a handwritten note at their seat, while the seating chart was creatively designed with apples and pinwheels. During the reception, caricature artists delighted guests by creating live drawings, ensuring everyone went home with a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

One of the highlights of the day was the spirited second line parade led by the band, moving guests from the cocktail tent down the hill to the reception tent. It was a joyful and energetic moment that set the tone for the evening.

Adding to the celebration, SaraAnn tied the knot on her 30th birthday, turning the day into both a wedding and a milestone birthday party.
