Hope and Cameron were married at The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain, a venue known for its lush gardens, peaceful atmosphere, and connection to the natural landscape. From the start, their vision was clear. They wanted a small wedding that felt personal, meaningful, and grounded in nature.
Because of that, the day unfolded at a relaxed pace. The gardens provided a colorful, floral-filled setting that allowed each moment to feel intentional and unhurried.
The ceremony took place beneath the great tree, one of the most meaningful locations on the property. Surrounded by greenery and soft light, Hope and Cameron exchanged vows with their closest family and friends nearby.
During the ceremony, they planted a tree together, symbolizing growth, commitment, and the life they are building side by side. This moment anchored the ceremony in both meaning and place, making it especially memorable for everyone present.
After the ceremony, guests followed the couple to the rose garden. There, Hope and Cameron shared their first dance surrounded by blooms and warm afternoon light. The setting felt romantic and calm, perfectly reflecting the tone of the day.
Meanwhile, guests gathered under the pergola for an alfresco meal. Tables were set outdoors, allowing everyone to dine together while enjoying the gardens and the surrounding views.
Catering and bartending were provided by Peppers Artful Events, who created a meal that felt both elegant and approachable. The flow of the evening remained relaxed, encouraging guests to linger, connect, and enjoy the setting.
Florals by Apotheca Flowers added layers of color and texture throughout the gardens. Their designs enhanced the natural beauty of the venue and contributed to the joyful, garden-inspired atmosphere.
Throughout the celebration, artist Carol Lake captured the day through live painting, creating a meaningful keepsake in real time. Videography by Harrison Evans preserved the movement and emotion of the day, while photography by Anton and Natalie Photography documented each moment with care.
Hair and makeup were provided by Haus of Beauty, allowing Hope to feel polished while still completely herself. Transportation was handled by Grace Limousine, ensuring a smooth experience for guests throughout the day.
Planning and coordination were led by Events by Sorrell, whose thoughtful oversight allowed the celebration to flow seamlessly from ceremony to dinner.
