Our Event Management services are created for those looking for “day of coordinating.”  Events By Sorrell will create a wedding day timeline, site plan, layouts, and rain plan.  We assist with guest management and vendor coordination. Your event manager is your expert advisor throughout the planning process. They’ll review contracts and services with you as you book each vendor. Additionally, they’ll even outline logistics. You’ll have unlimited email communication and in-person meetings with your manager. So, no detail will be overlooked as you plan!

Ultimately, you are in charge of enlisting your event vendors, but our team is by your side whenever you need guidance. We can make recommendations to you based on what we know works well from our years of experience. After planning over a hundred weddings, we have a group of professional vendors that we know and trust. Particularly, for those looking for detailed design, we suggest our Design Services. 

Wedding Project Management

As your Wedding Event Management team, we will help keep everything organized. We will onboard you to your project in Asana. This means you will have access and organization you can rely on throughout your planning journey. Furthermore, upload your contracts, communicate with our team, and keep all important correspondence in one place (and out of your ever-growing email inbox) with easy access from the cloud.

You can access your list of vendor referrals, planning calendar, discussions, and documents with the entire team. You can also create to-do lists for yourself and use our tracking system to stay on task.

Event Day Leadership

Your manager is in charge of superior vendor and site management on event day to ensure seamless execution of your plans. So, you’ll receive a full production schedule from our team and a master itinerary for the event day. We’ll create time specifications specifically for your vendors and confirm their responsibilities with set-up and strike details.

Your manager will also meet with you to review the final details and run-of-show the week of the event, and then, they will ensure everything runs timely on the day itself.
