At Events by Sorrell, we offer design services for our planning clients to take their weddings to the next level. We love to work with our couples to create a perfectly designed and curated wedding day! That is why we also offer wedding design. When it comes to design needs, our clients rely on our exceptional taste and eye for detail. We work to pull together a cohesive and beautiful vision. Our one-of-a-kind, process-driven design is centered around making your event unique to you and no one else!
Our design process allows us to work with our couples on the installations, the room layout, site plans, and every other single detail. From the stationery to the table layout, we design it all!
Next, our team creates a custom design plan that will serve as the driving force behind all of the visual elements for your event. So, we begin by getting to understand your personal style and taste. We want to develop a design tailored to represent your unique qualities.
Once we understand your vision, we develop an inspiration board, visual statement, and color palette along with your floor plan. Then, we present the design six months out for your approval and feedback. We specialize in artistic and inspired design that reflects you as a couple! Creating an amazing guest experience is so important to us.
Our team serves as the creative director for your event, leading your team of decor vendors through the developed design plan and ensuring that the execution is beautiful and hospitable for your guests. Every design element matters and the details are crucial. We sort through rentals and logistics and always go back to your budget. The pretty stuff can get expensive, but once again, I am here to help you navigate those decisions about what you need and what you may want.
Your designer is in charge of designing and overseeing the production of all the visual elements from stationery, cake, florals, lighting, room decor, furnishings, and custom elements to preserve the vision and ensure flawless execution.
Once the design is ready, we will begin with the creation of a detailed production schedule for vendors. Then, we work to outline specifics related to the back-of-house production side. It’s important that we ensure timely delivery and installation and complete set-up in time for your photographer to be able to capture the room before guests arrive.
On site the day of your event, our team will be present from the start of load-in at the venue and facilitate the installation of each design element. Our design team has production down to a science.
